Meet Elisha Dowling, the Coastie behind Local Hero Coffee Roasters, a passion project she has brought to life.

With years of experience in the coffee industry, Elisha has been a guiding light for cafe owners in setting up their businesses, improving operations, training staff, and fixing any equipment issues that come their way.

 Now, she is bringing her expertise back to her hometown with the support of her husband Caleb and his extensive background in coffee roasting. We can't wait to share our love for roasting, brewing, and serving amazing coffee with our community.
