Local Hero Coffee Roasters is the baby of born & breed Coastie's Elisha Dowling & Caleb Holstein.

Elisha is the driving force behind the Local Hero Coffee Roasters, with her years of experience in the coffee industry working to help cafe owners in setting up cafes, improving workflow, train staff & even fixing all their equipment. The opportunity to do this for herself in her hometown was too good to pass up.

 

We are beyond excited to launch Local Hero Coffee Roasters & open our first store in Bateau Bay on the Central Coast (Local Hero Coffee Brewers) to share with our home town, our love, and passion for roasting, brewing & serving amazing coffee

We co-roast the coffee together combining our experience and passion to create a unique & delicious profile every time.

With a hands-on manual approach to how we roast we take care of every batch that we produce & so so excited to share it with you all.
